Account deletion

From the app

• Open Shobukan and go to Profile.
• Tap “Delete my account”.
• Confirm: your account and data are permanently deleted.

You can also use Profile → “Reset” to erase your server-side data while keeping an anonymous session.

Premium subscription

Deleting your account does not stop subscription billing: also cancel it from the subscription settings of your App Store or Google Play account.

Without the app

If you no longer have access to the app, email support@djabelsolutions.fr from the address linked to your account (or include your nickname). Requests are handled within 30 days.

Deleted data

• Profile, nickname, avatar and stats
• Custom packs you created
• Linked identity (Apple / Google) and authentication session
• Game data still tied to your account

Retained data

• Anonymised crash logs (Sentry): 90 days
• Pseudonymised anti-abuse marker for free games (non-reversible hash): up to 12 months
• Legally required billing information, kept by Apple / Google
